How you wish that the pages would come to life and you could have a taste of the dish. Well, there is nothing to worry. You can make this sumptuous dish at home and even treat your guests to it. It is not at all difficult to make it once you have all the ingredients at hand. So why wait? Let us learn how to cook chicken drumsticks and moisten our taste buds to have it as soon as it is made.

1. Take about 6 – 10 drumsticks and marinate them well. You can do the marinating about 1 hour prior to cooking. For the marinating, you can start by taking a large zip lock. Place the chicken drumsticks inside it. You can take more than one zip lock if the need be.

3. The next step is to add about 4 tablespoons of hoisin sauce again to the chicken drumsticks. This will also work wonders in softening the chicken and increasing the taste.

4. Then comes the time to add 2 cloves of garlic for taste. You can either crush the garlic or pulverize into paste before adding to the chicken.

5. If you have herbs de province or oregano, you can add 1 teaspoon of it to the zip lock. You can be sure that your chicken drumsticks will look and smell wonderful after it is made.
